Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Confirms program requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, process and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client
  • Program the computer by entering coded information
  • Confirm program operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes
  • Prepare reference by writing operating instructions
  • Train to operate the program
  • Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions
  • Report activities to supervisor
  • Fully comply with the rules and processes in the company

Job Requirements:

  • Min. SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree in IT, information system, computer science, management information system or related field
  • Min. 1 years of experience as a Programmer
  • Min. GPA 3,00 (scale 4,00)
  • Well-organized, flexible, proactive, and give attention to details
  • Experience in Microsoft .NET development technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server programming, visual studio, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Software Development Fundamentals (MTA Certified is preferable)

  • Have good self-motivation and fast learner
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player

Job Responsibilities

A. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

  • Prepare project plans which include kick off presentation, project WBS and project timeline
  • Execute and control project implementation to ensure deliverables as project plan / scope of services
  • Conduct and provide a weekly project progress report
  • Prepare and sign off Go Live letter of acknowledgement

B. PROJECT MAINTENANCE

  • Manage change requests or issues from the client
  • Provide project reports to clients which include weekly update change request and issue log, monthly SLA Report, handover recording and database if required
  • Control and manage project billing during the contract period
  • Manage local and regional clients (more than 5 clients)
  • Manage inbound and outbound call centers
  • Manage 24 hours call centers (on call support)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Information System, Information Technology
  • Minimum bachelor degree from information and technology background
  • Experience in IT project management for at least 3 years
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal (Indonesia and English)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
